Employees in key functions, for example in the Human Resources department, learn in the video how to correctly issue and conduct a security check of new employees to be hired, what must be observed, and on what legal basis (NASP Switzerland) it is based.

Security check of the new employee during hiring:

  • Verification of personal details, e.g. at the job interview
  • Review of the activities of the past 5 years
  • Verification of the extract from the criminal record
  • Documentation of the security inspection
